Kazushige Kusunoki, a native of Nara, Japan, is Dr. Pooh's left-hand man. He has 13 years of experience at a major laboratory company and has been leading the staff of Team CRIFM since April 2010. He not only handles various administrative tasks smartly, but is also a valuable person who can be entrusted with assisting with laboratory work and specimen management. Despite her busy schedule, she is always smiling and attentive, which makes her very popular among doctors at universities and hospitals.

As a manager, he is also involved in the planning and management of the Director's multifaceted work, such as overseas lectures, conferences, and seminars, and support Dr. Pooh behind the scenes, making him a reliable member of the staff.

Takako is in charge of pre-scanning before the director's consultation and explaining the results to the patients. She met Dr. Pooh, the director of the clinic, when she was just started working as a nurse involved in prenatal diagnosis. She has also studied at a hospital in New York for a year and a half, and has learned about patient care in the United States.

She was the first nurse in Japan to be certified as an NT by the British FMF. She is a member of the Japanese Society of Ultrasound Medicine and is the right-hand person to Dr. Pooh.

She is in charge of pre-scanning before the director's examination. She gives a gentle smile to patients who come to the clinic with nervousness. She participates in domestic and international conferences and study diligently every day. The level of fetal ultrasonography is very high, and she is indispensable to clinical practice. As a mother of one child, she has a lot of experience in raising children, and is always ready to help her patients.

A concierge with a gentle smile. She is a certified occupational therapist and used to work as an occupational therapist at a facility specializing in rehabilitation, but she is a motivated staff member who has made a fresh start and jumped into a completely different field. No matter how busy she is, she always works with a smile on her face.

Ayumi Matsuda welcomes patients who come to the clinic with anxiety and worries with a warm smile, and coordinates the smooth reception and examination process.

She is a brilliant member of the CRIFM team who has absorbed a great deal of knowledge about fetal medicine in her clinical practice and has achieved top grades in the CRIFM's fetal medicine clinical English exam. As a mother with a child of her own, she strives to provide the best possible care to her patients.

Yukiko Inoue is a certified postpartum Doula who provides support to mothers before and after childbirth. She is in charge of guiding patients through the clinic quickly and smoothly, and facilitating consultations.

She is a hardworking person who absorbs a lot of knowledge about fetal medicine in her clinical practice and never misses learning technical terms in both English and Japanese. As a mother of a child herself, she is always ready to help her patients.

She is a certified postpartum Doula who provides support to mothers before and after childbirth. She is also active as a yoga instructor. She is the hardworker who is always works at CRIFM from early in the morning.

A concierge with a bright smile and a refreshing voice. She is mainly in charge of handling reservations over the phone. She began studying fetal medicine after working at CRIFM.

English speaker who has studied in the US and lived in Hawaii. She is also a mother of three children, and was working until the day of delivery!

He joined the team CRIFM at the end of November 2014. He is a hospitable person who is always thinking about what he can do for patients and other people.

He is trying to create a space where patients with anxiety can relax as much as possible. He also studied medical statistics at the Department of Medical Statistics, Osaka City University, and is an indispensable part of CRIFM's clinical research. He supports Team CRIFM by taking on behind-the-scenes work with a smile on his face.
